Comments: "Anyways, I was browsing people from my city on the vietnam "wall of faces website", and reading all the remembrances made the war feel so much more personal. Researching Gerry R Hwang(from my city) and a "Thomas E. Rock",(left some stuff at the wall, and who I can't find anything about on google) led me to this website, which I've been browsing for the past hour. Thanks again to all those who served in the 1/16th, and a special thanks to whoever runs this page. I know this is weird, some seventeen year old kid from Silicon Valley writing so much about this page- I've developed a large interest in the Vietnam war, and reading the "Faces of Vietnam" website as well as this page have made me feel so much emotions. Anyways, I'd love to hear from you all, so if you'd like to talk -be it about Vietnam or anything- shoot me an email at mitchpi2000@gmail.com! -Mitch (part 2/2)"

Comments: "My husband's uncle is Francis (Frank/Frankie)Tabaka. I watched Ken Burns' PBS Documentary and learned so much. I'd love to know more about the Big Red One in Vietnam in 1967, 68 and if anyone remembers Frank and has pictures or stories to tell about him. He is doing well in St. Louis, and I'm so proud to know him!"

I especially invite any family members, past or present, to attend. You should be aware of what your loved one sacrificed...He served with the best and he was the best"
